Ingredients
- 100 g of bee honey
- 10 g of turmeric powder (a good tablespoon)
- Optional: 0.1 g to 0.5 g black peppercorns
- Optional: 3 or 4 g of another spice, of your choice depending on the desired virtues
Method of preparation:
- Mix the turmeric with, if you wish, the ground pepper and the other spice of your choice (cinnamon, ginger, etc.).
